Another season, another model that shows off Silhouette’s knack for pulling off on-trend designs. It’s actually a classic model, but it has been revamped with a minimalistic appearance for a contemporary modern audience. In particular, it is aimed at young people who want a unique, eye-catching piece and who also appreciate clever technology. The beautiful and unmistakable design was also inspired by the arches of modern bridges, which gives it added charm. The Nylor frames feature clean lines, flowing transitions and an exceptionally precise finish.

But this isn’t any known Nylor—in fact, it’s a state-of-the-art frame that allows Silhouette to showcase its extraordinary craftsmanship, using an intricate bending process to fashion it from an ultra-thin, laser-cut titanium plate that stretches all the way from the front to the hinge. Another design feature to look out for is the Lite Arc’s ultra-thin temple, which transitions from a flat, die-cut conical profile to a rounded temple end. Attention to detail is also evident in the refined metal surfaces, featuring soft-edged shapes in both warm and cool metallic tones. Technical precision meets timeless style—for maximum comfort. The temples are adjustable and trimmable, creating the perfect fit, while the clever flex zone in the titanium temple offers absolute comfort. The maintenance-free - snap hinge has been seamlessly integrated along the length of the temple for ease of handling.

This contemporary collection comes with two women’s and two men’s frames. The rectangular and minimalistic men’s models come in the colors Deep Ocean, Tech Grey, Dusty Gold and Pure Black for an understated look. The women’s models come in striking cat-eye shapes which boast an extra touch of sophistication thanks to Silhouette’s elaborate airbrushing technique that enables precise lines to be drawn directly onto the frames. The 2021 Fall/Winter collection will feature a striking color palette of Midnight Plum, Champagne Teal, Silky Brown and Lavender Fields. The color combinations lend the whole collection a stylish finish with a contemporary verve.
