The wish frequently expressed by sunglass wearers for a relaxed vision during strong solar irradiation has convinced the Silhouette experts to opt for the technology of the future – polarised sun protection lenses.
“We want to offer the best sunglasses in the world; the best in terms of protection, wearing comfort and facial harmony. And every sunglass wearer should be able to relax his or her eyes in the best possible way, also in sunlight,” says Arnold Schmied, member of the board, describing the concept of SUN 2008.
All ten models of the SUN 2008 Collection are rimless and screwless, as well as available with the
IQ POL sun protection lenses in the colours brown, grey and green.
The grey glasses are ideal for bright, sunny days; the green and brown ones also lighten the surroundings in diffuse lighting conditions.
Chic, elegance and a certain degree of sportiness are typical characteristics of Silhouette
sunglasses, which are extremely robust despite their unmistakeable lightness. They are thereby suitable for making an elegant entrance on land, right through to sporty use on the water. Silhouette sunglasses can be worn beneath every hat, cap and hood, and guarantee the perfect fit.
All ten models of the SUN 2008 Collection are available as of autumn 2007 at select specialist opticians.
